The Eclipse Class Carrier is the fighter and bomber squadron carrier for the Sharne. It will hold any combination of up to 4 fighter and bomber squadrons. The Eclipse is effective itself in combat. It does not have the most offensive capabilities but its defense assures that the Eclipse will be around after the fighter and bomber squadrons are finished with there work. The Eclipse has been fitted with a hyperspace cloak, protecting it from hyperspace warning. Having a carrier that with a hyperspace cloak, results in many a surprised foe when squadrons of bombers and fighters arrive un-announced, and uninvited.
