The Sharne Tracking Module was developed to track enemy fleet movements. The Sharne have realized that with information comes power and they utilize the module to coordinate attacks, retreats and information brokering. The module is fired at a ship it attaches to the hull using a magnetic generator and as soon as telemetry is established the module cloaks itself from view. It is powered by a small fission battery. Its power and radiation levels are almost the same as normal hyperdrive engine radiation thus it makes the tracking module almost impossible to detect. Some nations have begun to specifically scan for these modules when their ships are in dry dock.
