The fighter was designed in the Eta Serprentis system by the Knosson Order Named I-Rack Deefrom. At the Battle in Eta Serprentis in 2712 the system was put under blockade by a Terrorist Knosson Faction. The K-Serprentis fighter played an important role in engaging enemy bombers before they could reach their targets. I-Rack Deefrom sold the designs to many other Knosson groups and before long it became the main superiority fighter in all Knosson Fleets. The K-Serprentis V is the fifth incarnation of the craft, the latest version has had its hyperdrive removed for a prototype fighter shield system, giving the fighter better defensive capabilities.
