The Phoenix ISS Bomber has just entered service. It is the latest design in bombers and as such certain aspects of the Phoenix are highly classified. What is common knowledge is that it is a 2 man bomber capable of carrying a heavy amount of ordinance. When its approaching its bomb run, the pilot can switch to ISS mode which automaticaly takes control of fire defence systems to target, track and fire at any attacking fighters. This leaves the pilot and navigator free to bomb their target.
